Borders are not displayed on the page when printing to a PDF file from the Visual Print Editor.

Solution:

  1. In the Visual Print Editor, choose the Adobe PDF printer
  2. From the toolbar, click on the paper size button to display the Document properties for the Adobe PDF printer
  3. Select Settings and then uncheck the box: Do not send fonts to Adobe PDF
