- Please indicate whether you are using Visual Basic Edition, Professional Edition,
or Lumen Method Tool.
- Indicate your operating system - Windows 2000, XP,Vista or Windows 7.
- Attach any relevant files including the Visual file (VSL) and related photometric
files.
- If you are using a Design Tool, indicate what browser you are using ie IE8 or Firefox
