with one click. Choose any normal orientation for calculation points, or create
Max Spill or TV Illuminance calculation zone.

CAD Compatibility
Import ACAD 2010 and earlier DWG/DXF files. Export AutoCAD 2008, AutoCAD 2000 and

Roadway Lighting Tool
The Visual Roadway Lighting Tool is a PC based tool for the development, analysis
and documentation of roadway lighting designs. The step-by-step tool guides the
user through the definition of the roadway geometry, selection and placement of
luminaires and analysis of the resulting lighting metrics. IESNA and CIE recommendations
and calculation methods are incorporated in the tool.
Flexible Roadway Geometry
- Independantly define the number and width of the left lanes and right lanes.
- Define the median width.
- Design in english or metric units.
Luminaire Placement
- Define multiple luminaires to design the roadway lighting.
- Luminaires can be placed independantly on the left side, median and right side.
Luminaires may have different mounting heights, photometrics, tilt, orientation and configuration for each position.
Built-in-Standards
- Select an IESNA or CIE calculation method.
- Use any IESNA, EULUMDAT or CIBSE TM-14 formatted photometric files.
- Calculate the appropriate spacing based on the built-in IESNA or CIE recommendations.
Optimization Graph
